No voicemail, no office hours
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
Nothing to pay for being connected
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Local, and licensed for the work
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Tinley Park. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The honest limit of all of this
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
